It’s a great time to be looking at raising your brand profile via illuminated signage. In recent years the advanced technology for producing illuminated signage has progressed in such a way to make illuminated signs cheaper to produce whilst still providing a high-end professional look and feel.

Illuminated signage really makes your brand stand out and we often use brightly coloured LED lights to produce vibrant and exciting creations to attract your customers. External illuminated signage ensures your business is visible even after dark and creates an advantage over your non-illuminated competitors. Internal illuminated signage is great for reception areas or for creating a feature within your premises.

Choose from neon lights or an LED lighting system housed inside a 3D logo/ or text to provide front, backlit or halo illumination for 3D letters, there are so many options for how your sign can be produced you need to make sure you’re choosing the right style for your brand needs.

The logo/ font used in the illuminated sign plays an important role on how the sign is manufactured because if the font is too thin or too wide then it may limit you to just a few possible production methods! Don’t worry we can talk you through all the options available.

Here are a few illuminated styles you may consider.

Halo-lit illuminated sign

Halo-illuminated letters are a popular method of illuminating letters or a logo. This method of lighting can be used for both internal and external signs. The letters are fabricated to create a built-up 3d letter which is hollow inside. LED lights are then fitted inside the letters which illuminates the letters from behind and projects the light onto the wall or surface behind the letters. Coloured LED lights can be used to illuminate the letters however the white LEDs are the most used.

In dark areas this method of lighting will mean that the face of the letters will be dark and not illuminated as the light will be positioned from behind which creates a silhouette-style glow of the logo or letters, however this still should produce enough light to make the lettering readable.

Face lit illuminated sign

Face-lit illuminated logos are a great way to add the extra wow factor to your company branding. This method of sign can also be used both internally and external. The letters are fabricated to create a built-up 3d letter which is hollow inside. LED lights are fitted inside the letters which illuminates the face of the logo which is produced in an acrylic which lights up in the desired colour(s). A vast range of coloured LED lights can be used to illuminate the letters and strengthen the vibrance of the letters or opt for colour changing LED lights best used with white acrylic.

In poorly lit areas this method of lighting will mean that the face of the letters will be illuminated enough light to make the logo clearly visible and readable.

Back lit tray sign

A cut-out sign tray with acrylic letters is produced by laser-cutting and removing the letters from a sheet of aluminium which are then replaced with acrylic and a series of LED lights are then used to illuminate the text clearly, making it easy to read. The aluminium used to create the sign can be powder-coated in a vast range of colours or it can be wrapped in architectural or digitally printed graphics.

Bespoke Shaped Illuminated Logo

We manufacture Illuminated signs and logos in a range of shapes and sizes. They can also be illuminated in a number of methods to achieve the look and lighting effect you desire. The aluminium used to create the sign can be powder-coated in a vast range of colours or it can be wrapped in architectural or digitally printed graphics.

Illuminated 3D Acrylic Logo

Three-dimensional illuminated acrylic logos are a great way of creating a show stopping sign to attract passing consumers. The acrylic logos are fabricated to the desired depth of the design and logos which are hollow are then fitted with LED lights which illuminates the sign from the face and sides maximising the sign illumination.

Neon tube sign

Neon letters and logos can be used to make up the illuminated design on signage. The letters are hand formed and shaped using a template and then mounted to the wall or onto an aluminium panel.

With a vast range of colours, sizes and styles available, we’re able to provide a range of options available from simple designs to the more complex styles.

Neon Plus signs

This faux neon is a cost-effective option to traditional neon signage. This signage style creates an effect which is like neon, but using acrylic and LED instead of glass, which makes the design more versatile and includes the option to be fully dimmable, flash, digital and DMX controllable. Neon Plus is the safest, most robust and highest-quality alternative to traditional real neon.
